In 1966, Austen was established by Helmut Austen, a company specializing in the production of light metal processing machinery in Alsdorf, Germany. In 1975, Austen Industrieanlagen GmbH was launched to build power and cooling stations for large scale projects. Due to the expertise earned in this field, in 2010, Austen initiated expansion into foreign markets with the vision of developing air conditioning and machinery systems that met the unique requirements of these respective markets.

In 2012, Austen pledges to develop, through solid strategic partnerships, technologically advanced systems that offer a role model in terms of energy efficiency and environmental impact. These systems will meet the highest expectations of our international clientele and work with constant loyalty to meet our customers requirements, create sufficient high tech, appropriate, strong solutions, and recommend the best manufacturing options for satisfied customers. Our qualified team will always ensure availability of products and after sales services.
